At Kandies World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your festival gear and accessories. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box if possible.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the items reach our warehouse.
